Tracked shipping

Shipping options, charges, and any available delivery estimates are shown at checkout before you complete payment.

After you order

You will receive an order confirmation at the email address used during checkout. When the order ships, we will send a tracking link. Carrier scans can take time to appear after the label is created.

Address changes

If your shipping address is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible through the contact page. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has started.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows an unusual delay or a delivery problem, visit Track Your Order and contact us with your order number and the email used at checkout.
